The role
As a Software Engineer at Como you will get to work on a wide range of products and technologies, our platform consists of server, mobile and web applications.
We are looking for software developers who love to design and implement excellent software products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing server applications - .NET / Java / NodeJS or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience developing client applications - React / Redux / Vue
- Deep understanding of software engineering concepts, ability to architect, design and implement complex software solutions
- Understanding of DevOps concepts - CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS / GCP
- Be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment while interacting with other developers around the world (Russian language - advantage)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with SAAS products - advantage
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge of the F&B and Retail industries, and loyalty solutions is a plus
- Go-getter with a clear understanding of pipeline development & management
- You have strong competitive tendencies and appreciate having a team to both support and challenge you to achieve your goals
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success pitching to C-suite within enterprise organizations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAAS companies or tech company
